Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for various categories of goods and services.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve optimal pricing and service levels.
Manage supplier relationships, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
Analyze spending patterns and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide expert guidance.
Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.




Prepare regular reports on purchasing activities, market trends, and supplier performance for management review.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement processes and systems.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in strategic procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
Proven track record in negotiating complex contracts and achieving significant cost savings.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and financial information.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Fluency in Spanish; knowledge of English is a plus.
Reside in or be willing to commute to Naucalpan , Estado de México.
