About the Role Our client, a prestigious early childhood education center in Saltillo, Coahuila , is seeking a passionate and dynamic Educador/a Infantil y Coordinador/a de Actividades Lúdicas. Key Responsibilities Design and implement engaging lesson plans and educational activities aligned with early childhood development principles.
Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
Plan and coordinate fun and educational recreational activities, events, and field trips.
Observe and assess children's progress, providing regular feedback to parents and colleagues.
Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment.
Collaborate with other educators and staff to develop and improve program offerings.
Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with children, parents, and guardians.




Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of all children.
Manage classroom materials and resources efficiently.
Ensure adherence to all center policies and safety regulations.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Pedagogy, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a childcare or early education setting.
Proven experience in planning and leading recreational activities and events.
Excellent knowledge of child development theories and pedagogical approaches.
Strong observation and assessment skills.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
Demonstrated creativity and enthusiasm for working with young children.
Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
