Resolv General is seeking an EV Technical Support Specialist to help customers navigate charging products and services. You will provide first-line support by phone, chat, and email, guiding users through troubleshooting and product features.
You will receive paid training, work remotely from Mexico, and collaborate with a remote team while maintaining accurate records and delivering excellent service. The schedule may require weekend shifts.
