This position requires a full-time commitment on-site in San Luis Potosí, San Luis Potosí , to manage hardware and provide immediate user support. Key Responsibilities Provide first-level technical support to employees, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
Diagnose and resolve technical problems promptly and efficiently.
Assist in managing IT inventory and asset tracking.
Support network connectivity troubleshooting.
Document support requests, resolutions, and IT procedures.
Collaborate with senior IT staff on various IT projects.




Ensure adherence to IT policies and security protocols.
Requirements Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Knowledge of PC hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and common software applications.
Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi).
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Must be legally authorized to work in Mexico.
Must be available to work full-time on-site in San Luis Potosí, San Luis Potosí .
