Kelly México is seeking a Service Desk L1 for Office 365 in Mexico City. This position is a direct employment with Kelly, offering a hybrid work model and a balanced schedule.
You will manage incidents across ticketing systems, provide multi-channel user support, diagnose issues, and coordinate with regional/integral teams to resolve problems promptly. A related degree, 1+ year experience, and 70% English proficiency are required.
