We are looking for a Front Desk & Facilities Analyst to be the first point of contact for our team, clients, and visitors. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily office operations while creating a welcoming and professional environment.
This is an Analyst role, aimed to candidates with no more than 4 years of experience in the mentioned experience. This role is not related with manufacture or sales.
Key Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and internal staff in a professional and courteous manner
Manage incoming calls, correspondence, mail, and deliveries
Coordinate meeting room bookings and oversee office supply management
Provide administrative support to different departments
Support vehicle-related documentation and coordination (driving skills are a plus)
Maintain office organization, cleanliness, and compliance with workplace standards




Act as liaison for facility maintenance and visitor access control
Monitor payments related to corporate services and amenities
Support coordination and administrative tracking of corporate travel
Oversee administrative support for expatriate employees (housing, documentation, general needs).
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Administration or a related field
Maximum 2 -3 years of experience in administrative or front desk roles in corporate environment. Higher or Other experience will be not consider.
Professional presence with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented mindset with a high level of service attitude
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
