Key Responsibilities Identify and implement advanced manufacturing technologies to improve production processes.
Develop and optimize automated systems for chemical production.
Utilize data analytics and process modeling to drive efficiency and quality improvements.
Work closely with operations, engineering, and IT teams to integrate new technologies.
Conduct pilot studies and trials for new manufacturing approaches.
Ensure all implemented technologies meet safety and regulatory standards.
Troubleshoot issues related to advanced manufacturing systems and processes.




Contribute to the development of smart factory initiatives.
Train personnel on new technologies and processes.
Stay abreast of industry trends in Industry 4.0 and advanced manufacturing for chemicals.
Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in chemical manufacturing, with a focus on process improvement and technology implementation.
Experience with automation, process control systems (e.g., DCS, PLC), and data acquisition.
Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Python, R, statistical software).
Familiarity with concepts of Industry 4.0 and digital manufacturing.
Strong understanding of chemical engineering principles and manufacturing operations.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
Good communication and collaboration abilities.
Fluency in Spanish; English proficiency is a plus.
Must be legally authorized to work in Mexico.
