You will leverage your expertise to develop and implement advanced maintenance strategies, focusing on predictive and preventive measures to mitigate risks and optimize system reliability. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive maintenance plans for critical industrial systems. Implement and manage predictive maintenance programs, including vibration analysis, thermography, and oil analysis. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues remotely or by coordinating on-site support. Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends, predict failures, and recommend improvements. Develop and maintain detailed documentation of all maintenance activities, equipment history, and spare parts management. Collaborate with site-specific maintenance teams and engineers to ensure effective implementation of maintenance strategies. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental,



and operational regulations. Research and recommend new technologies and methodologies to enhance maintenance effectiveness and system reliability. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related technical field. Extensive experience (7+ years) in industrial maintenance, with a strong focus on critical systems. Proven expertise in predictive maintenance techniques and technologies. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data interpretation and reporting. Experience with CMMS software (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo) and reliability analysis tools. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment. This role is fully remote; no physical presence in Torreón, Coahuila, MX is required, though previous experience in heavy industry is highly valued. Certifications in reliability engineering or specialized maintenance fields are highly desirable.
