Key Responsibilities Lead the architectural design for public infrastructure projects, including civic buildings, parks, plazas, and transportation facilities. Develop conceptual designs, master plans, and detailed construction documents for public projects. Collaborate with municipal authorities, engineers, landscape architects, and community stakeholders. Ensure compliance with public procurement regulations, building codes, and accessibility standards. Manage project timelines, budgets, and consultant coordination for public works. Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies for proposed public infrastructure.



Oversee construction administration for public projects, ensuring quality and adherence to design intent. Prepare proposals and presentations for bidding on new public sector projects. Stay informed about urban planning trends and best practices in public space design. Contribute to the development of standards and guidelines for public facilities in Aguascalientes. Requirements Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. Minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural design, with a significant portion dedicated to public infrastructure or civic projects. Proven experience in designing and managing projects for government entities or public sector clients. Proficiency in architectural design software (Auto CAD, Revit, Adobe Suite). Strong understanding of urban design principles, public space design, and accessibility requirements. Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills. Knowledge of construction methods and materials suitable for public works. Experience navigating public bidding processes and regulations in Mexico.
