Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program quality and center operations. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role within an early childhood education setting. Proven experience in curriculum development, staff management, and financial oversight. Strong knowledge of child development, pedagogy, and regulatory requirements for childcare centers. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team. Experience in parent engagement and community relations.
