Key Responsibilities Oversee all daily operations of the fitness center, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and member experience. Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling operational costs to meet budgetary goals. Ensure all equipment is well-maintained, functional, and meets safety regulations. Handle member inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively and professionally. Implement and promote membership sales strategies and retention programs. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute local promotional activities and events. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operations,

Requirements Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in gym management, operations management, or a similar role within the fitness industry. Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and control operational expenses. Knowledge of fitness industry trends, equipment, and safety standards. Proficiency in gym management software and MS Office Suite. Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills. High school diploma required; a degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus. Certification in CPR/AED and First Aid is essential. Ability to work adaptable hours, including evenings and weekends, in Tijuana, Baja California.
