Key Responsibilities Engaging with potential and existing clients to identify their financial needs and goals. Presenting and explaining a range of financial products and services, including investment options, loans, and insurance. Developing and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with clients. Achieving and exceeding sales targets through effective consultation and follow-up. Providing exceptional customer service and addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly. Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role, preferably within the financial services sector. Strong understanding of financial markets and products. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. A client-centric approach with a focus on building long-term relationships. Ability to work independently and manage a client portfolio effectively. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools. High ethical standards and a commitment to integrity. Must be able to work full-time in our Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas office.
