About the Role Our client, a dynamic and growing manufacturing entity in Naucalpan, State of Mexico , is actively recruiting an Industrial Engineer with expertise in production systems and automation. This hybrid role is designed for professionals who can effectively manage on-site operational improvements while contributing strategically from a remote location. The core responsibility involves designing, implementing, and optimizing automated production lines and systems to enhance efficiency, throughput, and product consistency. You will work with state-of-the-art technologies, collaborating closely with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement automated production systems and machinery. Optimize existing production lines for increased efficiency, reduced cycle times, and improved quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product introductions and process improvements. Select, specify, and oversee the installation of new equipment and technologies. Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including P&IDs;, equipment manuals, and SOPs. Troubleshoot automation issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime. Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for automation projects. Stay current with advancements in automation technology, robotics, and Industry 4.0.



Train operations and maintenance personnel on new systems and equipment. Monitor production performance metrics and identify opportunities for further optimization. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering, with a significant focus on automation and production systems. Proven experience in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting automated manufacturing processes. Knowledge of PLC programming, robotics, and control systems. Experience with CAD software for system design. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to manage projects effectively and meet deadlines. Must be comfortable working in a hybrid capacity, with requirements for on-site presence in Naucalpan, State of Mexico.
