About the Role Our client is actively seeking a passionate and innovative Sustainable Design and Construction Architect to join their forward-thinking team. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to shape environmentally responsible architectural projects, contributing to a greener future. The adecuado candidate will possess a strong understanding of sustainable design principles, green building certifications (such as LEED), and experience in integrating eco-friendly technologies and materials into architectural designs. You will play a pivotal role in leading the sustainable vision for various projects, ensuring they meet high environmental performance standards. Key Responsibilities Lead the integration of sustainable design strategies into architectural projects from concept through to completion. Research, evaluate, and recommend eco-friendly building materials, technologies, and systems. Develop and manage documentation for green building certifications (e.g., LEED, EDGE). Collaborate with clients, engineers, and consultants to define and achieve sustainability goals for each project. Conduct energy modeling and performance analysis to optimize building efficiency. Prepare reports, presentations, and specifications related to sustainable design aspects. Stay current with advancements in sustainable architecture, building science, and environmental regulations. Provide technical guidance and training on sustainable design practices to the project team.



Ensure that sustainable design strategies are effectively implemented during the construction phase. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field with a specialization in sustainable design. Minimum of 6 years of experience in architectural design, with a significant focus on sustainable projects. Proven experience with green building rating systems (e.g., LEED AP certification is highly desirable). Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., Revit, Auto CAD) and energy modeling tools. Strong knowledge of sustainable materials, passive design strategies, and renewable energy systems. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment. Demonstrated ability to manage projects and meet deadlines effectively.
