Your role at CloroxWe are seeking an experienced AP Vendor Master Assistant Manager to lead our Vendor Master function supporting U.In this role, you will oversee supplier onboarding, vendor master data governance, compliance controls, and continuous improvement initiatives across the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process. You will lead a high-performing team, ensure data accuracy and payment integrity, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive operational excellence and risk mitigation.In this role, you willLead, coach, and develop a Vendor Master team, driving performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.Oversee supplier onboarding and maintenance activities, ensuring timely and accurate vendor record management.Maintain governance and control standards for vendor master data, including banking information, tax details, legal entity data, and supplier classifications.Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, internal controls, and fraud-prevention standards.Partner with Procurement, Accounts Payable, Treasury, Tax, Compliance, and Internal Audit teams to support business objectives and mitigate risk.Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and system optimization projects across the P2P process.Hybrid - 3 days in the office, 2 days working from homeWhat we look forBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.6-8 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Vendor Master Data Management, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Shared Services, or related functions.Minimum 4 years of people leadership experience, including coaching,



talent development, and performance management.Experience working in Shared Services or Global Business Services environments supporting U.Strong expertise in Vendor Master Data Governance, supplier onboarding, compliance, internal controls, supplier risk management, and fraud prevention practices.Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, or similar systems.Experience with SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP) and supplier onboarding tools is highly desirable.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple functions and leadership levels.Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.We're proud to be in every corner of homes, schools, and offices—making daily life simpler and easier through our beloved brands.
