what you will do

- lead retail software implementations from discovery and scope through testing, customer acceptance and go-live.
- own project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and issue resolution across several active customer projects.
- turn fashion and apparel retail requirements into practical solutions with product and technical teams.
- lead customer workshops, executive conversations and delivery reviews with clarity and confidence.
- support discovery, demonstrations and solution scoping during pre-sales.





what you bring

- deep, hands‑on experience in fashion and apparel retail, including planning, merchandising, allocation, replenishment or inventory optimisation.
- a record of personally delivering retail technology implementations at customer sites.
- strong delivery judgment, customer presence and the ability to move complex projects forward without a large team.
- experience managing competing priorities across multiple projects and ongoing customer relationships.
- comfort working in a senior individual contributor role and travelling regularly.
