Located in Guadalajara, North Campus. Reporting to the VP, Program Management. This role goes beyond execution — it requires someone who can connect project delivery with financial performance, optimize investment decisions, and provide leadership with actionable business insights.You will serve as a key partner to Finance, Operations, and Executive Leadership, ensuring that projects are not only delivered on time but also maximize ROI and business value. What a typical day looks like: Lead a portfolio of high-value, complex projects and strategic initiatives* Ensure alignment between business strategy, financial goals, and project execution* Establish and oversee project governance frameworks and KPIs* Own project financials include:



+ Budget planning and forecasting + Cost tracking and variance analysis* Partner with Finance to ensure financial discipline across all projects* Drive data-backed investment decisions and prioritization* Develop and maintain executive dashboards and performance metrics* Translate large datasets into clear insights and recommendations* Work closely with Finance, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams The experience we're looking to add to our team: BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience.

Experience in Electronics Industry.

Strong experience in Project / Portfolio Management.

Strong communication skill (English and Spanish).

Strong background in financial analysis within project environments.

Proven experience managing large budgets and complex portfolios.

Advanced expertise in: Financial modeling (ROI, CAPEX/OPEX, forecasting), Data analysis and visualization tools.

Ability and willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.

Experience with demanding clients.
