Frontend-Focused Full Stack Developer Consultant (Mid-Level & Senior)

We have two openings for frontend-focused Full Stack Developers: one Mid-Level and one Senior . The level will be determined based on each candidate’s experience, technical skills, and ability to take on the responsibilities of the role.

Work arrangement: 100% remote from Mexico

About the role

Design, develop, integrate, and maintain enterprise web applications, primarily using React, TypeScript, and JavaScript. You will work with cross-functional teams and clients to understand business needs and turn them into scalable technical solutions. You will also support integrations and backend tasks when needed.

Responsibilities

- Build responsive web applications and reusable UI components.
- Meet with clients, gather and clarify requirements, and recommend solutions.
- Integrate applications with REST APIs, microservices, and external platforms.
- Apply AIDLC practices and AI-assisted tools throughout requirements analysis, development, testing, and documentation.
- Contribute to code reviews, testing, Agile ceremonies, and CI/CD processes.
- At the Senior level, lead technical discussions,



guide implementation, and mentor other developers.

Requirements

- Experience with React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript.
- Experience developing enterprise SPAs, including component architecture, state management, and API integration.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS/SASS, and responsive design.
- Hands-on experience with AIDLC and AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, AWS Kiro, or similar.
- Ability to review AI-generated code and ensure its quality, security, and maintainability.
- Backend knowledge using Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, or similar technologies.
- Experience working directly with clients and Agile teams.
- Advanced English.

Experience by level

- Mid-Level: 3–5 years of software development experience, ideally including at least 3 years with React.
- Senior: 5+ years of software development experience, with the ability to take technical and functional ownership.

Nice to have: Angular, AWS, frontend testing, CI/CD, relational or NoSQL databases, OAuth2/JWT/SSO, and web accessibility.
