Reporting to the VP, Program Management. This role goes beyond execution — it requires someone who can connect project delivery with financial performance, optimize investment decisions, and provide leadership with actionable business insights.You will serve as a key partner to Finance, Operations, and Executive Leadership, ensuring that projects are not only delivered on time but also maximize ROI and business value. What a typical day looks like: Lead a portfolio of high-value, complex projects and strategic initiatives* Ensure alignment between business strategy, financial goals, and project execution* Establish and oversee project governance frameworks and KPIs* Own project financials include:

Strong experience in Project / Portfolio Management.

Strong communication skill (English and Spanish).

Strong background in financial analysis within project environments.

Proven experience managing large budgets and complex portfolios.

Financial modeling (ROI, CAPEX/OPEX, forecasting), Data analysis and visualization tools.
