The Human Resources

Manager works independently and in conjunction within an HR Team to support NBCUniversal Telemundo Corporate Functions. The successful candidate will support the execution of the HR Strategy for select client groups and drive key HR initiatives in areas such as staffing, performance management, compensation planning, succession planning, employee relations, training and development, rewards & recognition, employee communication and other human resources projects. The role reports to the VP of HR for Corporate TLMD and Latin America.





RESPONSIBILITIESServe as a HR point of contact for employees at all levels including managementProvide HR leadership and coaching to employees and managers ensuring fair and consistent enforcement of policies and positive employee relations issues.
