Administering and configuring HR technology platforms including SAP SuccessFactors, Dayforce Payroll, TRESS, ServiceNow, and related cloud technologies. Supporting payroll, benefits, compensation, and other HR functions through effective system administration and user support.

Troubleshooting system interfaces and coordinating changes to ensure accurate and reliable data flow across systems. Testing and validating system upgrades, enhancements, and new functionality prior to implementation. Driving process improvement initiatives that enhance the employee and HR user experience.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.



3+ years of experience supporting HRIS platforms or performing similar HR technology responsibilities.

Experience analyzing data and resolving system-related issues.

Advanced

English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Advanced Microsoft

Excel skills.

Experience supporting HR technology platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Dayforce, TRESS, ServiceNow, Workday, Oracle HCM, UKG, or similar systems.

Experience with system integrations, data management, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Knowledge of HR processes including payroll, benefits, compensation, and employee lifecycle management.

Experience participating in system implementations, upgrades, testing, and enhancement projects.
