What You'll Do
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to bridge warehouse operations and technical development teams by transforming complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions. Your expertise in Manhattan Scale and Active systems will help optimize supply chain execution and shape the future of our enterprise software footprint.
Elicit operational needs and translate them into actionable epics, user stories, and technical specifications for development teams.
Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI,



and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems like ERP and TMS.
Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute comprehensive end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
Serve as the core subject matter expert for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing, perform root-cause issue triage, and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience (CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred). Flexible work options/alternative work options to support work–life balance.
