This role isresponsible for maintaining a secure, reliable, and high-performing networkenvironment across multiple locations.

The adecuado candidate will have hands-onexperience with Cisco technologies, WAN networks, routing andswitching,



and network troubleshooting.

Requirements 2+ years ofexperience in network administration or network support.

Hands-onexperience with:

- Cisco Catalyst Switches Experiencesupporting:
- MPLS, DMVPN, and SD-WAN networks - TCP/IP, VLANs, HSRP, EIGRP, andBGP Strongknowledge of IP addressing, subnetting, and VLSM.

Experiencewith network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Auvik, or Syslog solutions.

Strongtroubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor,maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure.
- Configure,deploy, and support Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN solutions.
- Ensurenetwork availability and compliance with established SLAs.
- Diagnoseand resolve LAN, WAN, MPLS, SD-WAN, and connectivity issues.
- Planand execute network upgrades, maintenance, and infrastructure projects.
- Maintainaccurate network documentation and diagrams.
- Coordinatewith telecommunications providers and external support vendors.
- Evaluateand recommend network improvements and new technologies.
