Reporting to the Sr Director, Facilities , the Director, Facilities will be in charge of guiding a broad functional area through several department managers for the implementation of complex activities related to the efficient management of facilities in order to ensure that buildings under the organization's control meet the required company and government standards and regulations. Direct and control the activities of one or more functional areas, divisions, product groups, service groups through Director and Senior Managers with overall control for the direction of those assigned areas for planning, budgeting, implementing and maintaining costs, methods, and employees. Partner with other Senior Managers and other corporate partners and segments to establish corporate strategic plans and goals.

Develop, modify,



and implement company policies that affect immediate operation(s) and may also have company-wide effect. Ensure budgets and schedules meet corporate requirements. To collaborate in contract negotiations or other matters for which influence skills are required.

Implement appropriate HR Strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce. Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or sciences; MBA is preferred. Advanced experience in facilities engineering or related field, including management.

Demonstrated skills in project planning and management. Excellent communication skills and networking abilities. Ability to communicate in English. Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on complex topics to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.

Ability to think strategically, define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
