The Client Service Senior Associate provides advanced product support to clients and prospects, serving as a key resource for complex inquiries. Through extensive experience with MSCI's Private Assets solutions, this individual applies deep product and investment knowledge while strengthening client relationships and delivering high-quality service. Clients can clearly assess the performance of individual funds or entire portfolios, evaluate risk across sectors or regions, and benchmark portfolio performance against one of the industry's most comprehensive private capital datasets available.

Provide first-tier product support, addressing product-related inquiries from clients Support consultants calls and lead platform training sessions Coordinate with teams internally to help shape the product roadmap, validate platform behavior, and on other projects as needed Your skills and experience that will help you excel Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics or similar field 6-8 years' experience in Financial Services.

Excellent

English communication and written skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects under tight, short-term deadlines. Track record of excelling in an environment of ambiguity by quickly adapting behavior and work methods to adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities.

Portfolio analysis, performance measurement,



or domain expertise in investment analytics a plus Ability to work efficiently with diverse cultures on a global team and knowing when to involve appropriate colleagues in projects regardless of functional, geographic, and business lines. Deep understanding of international financial institutions and global financial markets.
