Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a SMT Process Engineer located in Guadalajara, North Campus.Reporting to the Process Engineer Manager, this role is responsible for supervising critical SMT processes, ensuring the correct execution of production plans, and leading the technical team to meet quality, cost, delivery,



and continuous improvement objectives.perform SPI debug and P&P; failure analysis.Should be able to troubleshoot PCB Assembly process issues.Experience in SMT, PTH, and Backend processes, SPI, edge bonding, and smart torque systemKnowledge of stencil design, reflow profiling, tooling/fixture design, and pallet validation.Familiarity with IPC‐A‐610, CPK calculations, CAD/Gerber files, and MS Office.Experience with production control systems (serial control, flows, traceability).
