What is your role?

As a Procurement Operations Analyst, you will serve as a critical point of contact for procurement operations and supplier support activities. You will work closely with procurement teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve purchasing, invoicing, and payment-related issues while ensuring compliance with company policies and operational excellence standards.

What will you do?

- Support procurement operations activities including purchase orders, requisitions, supplier onboarding, and transactional processes.
- Investigate and resolve invoice, payment, and procurement-related issues while coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Provide guidance and support to internal customers regarding procurement processes, systems, and policies.
- Maintain supplier documentation and support compliance requirements, ensuring accurate records and data integrity.
- Collaborate with procurement, finance, and shared services teams to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Analyze procurement data and operational metrics to identify trends, support reporting activities,



and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

What do you need to have?

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience supporting procurement, purchasing operations, accounts payable, or shared services processes.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced English communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

What is nice to have?

- Experience working with procurement or ERP systems such as SAP, Ariba, or PeopleSoft.
- Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
- Experience interacting with suppliers and supporting global procurement operations.
- Exposure to shared services environments and continuous improvement initiatives.
