Reporting to the Process Engineering Manager the SMT Process Engineer is responsible for developing, optimizing, and sustaining SMT manufacturing processes to achieve world-class quality, productivity, and delivery performance. You will collaborate with Production, Quality, Test, and Engineering teams to drive process improvements, troubleshoot manufacturing challenges, and support new product introductions in a high-volume electronics manufacturing environment. Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting of PCB assembly issues. Conduct capacity analysis, line balancing, and bottleneck identification.



Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production and quality issues. BA/BS mechatronic engineer, industrial engineer or similar. Familiarity with Gerber files, CAD tools, and manufacturing documentation. Strong background in Root Cause Analysis, 8D, Fishbone, 5 Why, and DOE methodologies.
