Job Summary_To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Warehouse Manager located in Guadalajara, North Campus. _The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for Implement a successful operation by managing all distribution, warehouse functions. Provides materials, equipment, and supplies by directing receiving, warehousing, and distribution services, supervising staff.
Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
Complies with local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.




Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; Reviews the loading and unloading schedules to maximize efficiencies and reduce expenses.
Coordinate floor cycle counts, physical inventory, and reconciling records.
Sets productivity and establishes necessary controls to ensure objectives are met.
Experience in materials management, Manufacturing Requirements Planning (MRP) systems, or a related field.
Fluent English (Written & Spoken). Experience in metal-mechanical manufacturing.
Practical knowledge of BAAN or similar systems for inventory and materials management.
Ability to oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, assorting, and efficiently organizing materials.
Proficiency in cyclical counting and understanding the impact of poor inventory management processes.
Familiarity with 5S methodologies, promoting continuous improvement and maintaining order and cleanliness in the warehouse.
