Key Responsibilities
- Provide Production Support for Java applications.
- Perform Application Support and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Manage incidents and provide timely resolutions.
- Support application releases and deployment activities.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis to identify and resolve recurring issues.
- Work with SQL, UNIX, and Linux environments.
