About the Role

Our client, WhatJobs Direct , is expanding its reach through innovative remote solutions and is looking for a highly organized and proactive Coordinador de Programas de Limpieza Remoto y Virtual . This role is fully remote, allowing you to contribute from anywhere in Mexico. You will be responsible for developing, managing, and overseeing virtual cleaning and sanitation programs for a variety of clients. This involves creating comprehensive cleaning protocols, training materials, and quality assurance frameworks that can be implemented by on-site teams guided virtually. The adecuado candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong understanding of sanitation best practices, and proficiency in digital collaboration tools. You will act as the primary virtual point of contact for clients, ensuring their remote sanitation needs are met effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and document standardized cleaning and sanitation protocols for diverse client needs and industries.
- Create engaging and effective virtual training modules and resources for on-site cleaning staff.
- Manage client relationships remotely, providing ongoing support and consultation on sanitation best practices.
- Utilize technology platforms to monitor the implementation of cleaning programs and gather feedback.
- Conduct virtual inspections and audits by reviewing client-submitted data, photos, and videos.
- Analyze performance data and client feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement program enhancements.
- Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in cleaning and sanitation.
- Collaborate with internal sales and operations teams to ensure seamless program delivery.




- Troubleshoot and resolve sanitation challenges reported by clients or their on-site teams.
- Maintain accurate records of program development, client communications, and performance metrics.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Environmental Science, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cleaning operations management, sanitation, or a related role, with a focus on developing standardized procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to create clear, concise, and effective training materials and operational manuals.
- Excellent virtual communication and presentation skills, comfortable leading meetings via video conference.
- Proficiency in using project management software, virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams), and cloud-based document sharing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges remotely.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and maintain productivity in a remote setting.
- Knowledge of various cleaning chemicals, equipment, and their safe application is essential.
- Experience in quality assurance or program management is a significant advantage.
