Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support to develop convincing value propositions, marketing collateral, advertising opportunities, etc.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify new markets, trends, opportunities, and areas for growth within the food processing and industrial markets.
Strategic Planning: Develop, execute, and oversee a strategic business development plan to achieve sales growth targets and expand Bettcher Industries' market share.
Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through brand recognition, lead generation and conversion, networking, and relationship building.
Proposal Development:



Collaborate with the product and technical teams to create compelling proposals that address client requirements and showcase Bettcher Industries' capabilities.
Lead negotiations with clients, including pricing discussions and contract terms, to successfully close deals.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Proven track record of at least 5-7 years in business development, sales, or market expansion within South America, preferably in Argentina, Colombia, and Chile.
Strong understanding of the food processing industry and industrial markets in South America.
bi-lingual capability necessary.
Track record of identifying market opportunities and putting plans in place to drive strategic business growth.
Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Bachelors or better in Business Administration.
