We are looking for someone who can drive group business for Etéreo, build long‐term commercial relationships, and turn opportunities into results for the hotel.
Respond to leads and requests for proposals (RFPs), and prepare proposals, sales agreements, contracts, and other commercial documents.
Evaluate each opportunity based on dates, group size, rates, and its potential contribution across rooms, banquets, catering, spa, and other revenue streams.
Coordinate with the Sales and Revenue Management teams on availability, rates, concessions, and commercial terms.




Keep account and contact information, sales activity, and the pipeline up to date, and prepare weekly reports.
Organize client presentations, site inspections, sales events, and familiarization trips.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
At least five years of experience in hotel group sales.
Knowledge of group sales across corporate and social markets, meetings, incentives, and events.
Experience managing leads, RFPs, proposals, contracts, and CRM or sales‐tracking systems.
Availability for domestic and international travel, client visits, and attendance at trade shows and sales presentations.
