About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Store Manager to oversee operations in their retail location in Tlaquepaque, Jalisco . This position requires a leader with a strong understanding of retail sales, inventory management, and exceptional customer service principles. The Store Manager will be responsible for leading a team, driving sales performance, and ensuring a positive and engaging shopping environment for all customers. This is a full-time, on-site role demanding dedication and a proactive approach to management within the vibrant retail landscape of Tlaquepaque .

Key Responsibilities

- Manage all day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve individual and store sales goals.
- Oversee inventory levels, ensuring accuracy in stock counts and efficient replenishment.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance product presentation and store appeal.

Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a supervisory role.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a sales team.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, sales strategies, and inventory control.
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and retail management software.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and achieve financial targets.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Availability to work versátil hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed for store operations.
