Key Responsibilities

- Install new commercial HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, and electrical connections, according to specifications.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions, identifying root causes of problems.
- Repair or replace faulty components, such as compressors, motors, fans, and control systems.
- Perform system checks and calibrations to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
- Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.




- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during installation and service calls.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent.
- Provide excellent customer service and clear communication with clients.

Requirements

- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or Installer, with a focus on commercial systems.
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles, electrical systems, and control systems for HVAC equipment.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, testing equipment, and hand/power tools specific to HVAC work.
- Certification (e.g., EPA Section 608) is required.
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals and wiring diagrams.
- Excellent mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Good physical condition to handle the demands of the job, including lifting and working in various environments.
- Valid driver's license and a reliable means of transportation.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
