You will mentor staff, resolve complex payment issues, and partner with cross-functional teams on reporting, audits, and ERP-related enhancements, including GetPaid configurations.

The idóneo candidate has 10+ years in credit/collections and at least 2 years of management, with strong analytical and ERP skills and the ability to work
