Resolv General is seeking an EV Technical Support Specialist to help customers with questions, troubleshooting, and maximizing the value of EV charging products. Training is provided, and the role is remote from Mexico with weekly paid compensation.

You will handle inquiries via phone, live chat, and email, document interactions, and maintain up-to-date product knowledge while collaborating with a remote team. This is an independent contractor engagement with a Monday–Friday schedule.
