About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Drive sales by actively promoting products and special offers.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of all products, including features, benefits, and current promotions.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and conducting cycle counts.
- Ensure the sales floor is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing according to company standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.




- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and operational objectives.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
