Sovos is seeking a Legal Counsel to manage commercial matters across LatAm with a strong focus on Mexico. You will draft and negotiate technology contracts, provide strategic regulatory guidance, and work with cross-functional teams to balance speed with risk management.

You will also advise on employment matters in Mexico, oversee disputes, and collaborate with outside counsel on select M&A; activities while leveraging AI-assisted workflows to increase efficiency.
