Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage large-scale operational consulting projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and implement cutting-edge strategies for supply chain management, manufacturing, logistics, and process optimization.
- Drive operational efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement for clients.
- Build and mentor high-performing consulting teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.

Requirements

- Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in operations management, supply chain, or management consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, process re-engineering, and supply chain optimization.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex operational transformation projects.
- Exceptional leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.
- Outstanding strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Superb communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills, essential for remote engagement.
- Proficiency in leveraging technology and collaboration tools for remote project delivery.
- Experience in diverse industries is highly valued.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
