About the Role

Our client, a specialized recruitment agency focusing on high-demand industries, is seeking a dedicated and bilingual Automotive Sector Recruitment Consultant for a contract position. This role is critical for sourcing and engaging top talent within the automotive industry, a key sector for our clients. Operating remotely, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for various automotive roles, from engineers and technicians to management positions. The adecuado candidate possesses a strong understanding of the automotive supply chain, excellent sourcing skills, and the ability to connect with professionals in this specialized field. Key Responsibilities

Manage the recruitment process for specialized roles within the automotive industry. Source and attract qualified candidates using diverse recruitment channels and strategies. Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews, assessing technical skills and relevant industry experience. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of automotive professionals. Collaborate effectively with clients to understand their specific talent needs and hiring timelines. Ensure a high-quality candidate experience, maintaining professional communication throughout the process. Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and track recruitment progress. Provide market insights related to talent availability and compensation within the automotive sector.



Negotiate offers and support the onboarding process as needed.

Requirements

Proven experience in recruitment, with a specific focus or significant experience in the automotive industry or a related manufacturing/engineering field. Strong understanding of common roles and technical requirements within the automotive sector (e.g., Automotive Engineer, Production Manager, Quality Specialist). Excellent sourcing skills, including proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced tools. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote setting. Experience with ATS and recruitment CRM systems. Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced contracting role. Familiarity with the automotive industry in Coahuila or similar manufacturing regions is a plus. Available for a contract duration with potential for extension.
