About the Role

Our client, a leading management consulting firm, is seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Management Consultant for a fully remote position. This role is critical for overseeing the successful execution of diverse client projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. You will be responsible for project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with exceptional organizational skills and a proven ability to manage complex projects in a virtual environment. As a remote team member, you will collaborate with clients and colleagues globally, utilizing advanced digital tools to ensure seamless project delivery. Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of client projects from initiation to closure. Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements. Manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation and contingency plans. Facilitate virtual project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications. Ensure effective collaboration and coordination among project team members and clients. Monitor project progress against plan,



identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions. Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to quality standards. Provide regular reports on project status, key milestones, and overall performance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management, with a significant portion in consulting or client-facing roles. Proven ability to successfully manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira) and virtual collaboration tools. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
