Key Responsibilities

- Provide remote technical support for a range of spa and wellness systems, including massage chairs, hydrotherapy units, and diagnostic tools.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues via phone, email, and remote desktop access.
- Diagnose technical problems and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Guide clients through setup, installation, and operational procedures.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to identify recurring issues and suggest improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with technical specifications, software updates, and new system features.
- Develop and update technical documentation, user manuals,



and knowledge base articles.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient and professional support.

Requirements

- Proven experience in technical support, system administration, or a related IT field.
- Strong understanding of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Experience with spa equipment or wellness technology is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and diagnostic skills.
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Proficiency in using remote support tools and CRM software.
- Self‑motivated, organized, and capable of managing workload independently in a remote environment.
