About the Role

Our client, a leader in management consulting, is looking for an experienced Continuous Improvement and Lean Management Consultant to contribute to their operations in San Luis Potosí, San Luis Potosí . This role focuses on helping organizations implement Lean principles and foster a culture of continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. You will work directly with client teams to identify waste, streamline processes, and implement best practices across various functions. Key Responsibilities

- Assess current operational processes and identify opportunities for Lean implementation.
- Facilitate Lean workshops, including value stream mapping, 5S, Kaizen events, and root cause analysis.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce waste, improve workflow, and enhance productivity.
- Train and coach client personnel on Lean principles and continuous improvement tools.
- Support the implementation of change initiatives, ensuring stakeholder buy-in and adoption.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of improvements.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated and effective solutions.
- Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings, recommendations, and progress.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in continuous improvement, Lean manufacturing/operations, or process optimization roles.
- Strong knowledge and practical application of Lean methodologies (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke).
- Demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate change management initiatives.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring teams through improvement processes.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics tracking.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model, with travel to client sites in and around San Luis Potosí as required.
