About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Farmacéutico Titular to join their dynamic team in Culiacán, Sinaloa, MX. Key Responsibilities

- Oversee all daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently.
- Provide comprehensive patient counseling on medication usage, potential side effects, and therapeutic alternatives.
- Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and maintaining optimal stock levels.
- Supervise and train pharmacy technicians and support staff.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient therapy.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives within the pharmacy.




- Ensure a safe and clean working environment.
- Stay current with advancements in pharmaceutical science and practice.
- Availability to work adaptable hours, including weekends and some holidays as needed.

Requirements

- Licensed and registered Pharmacist in good standing with the Comisión Federal para la Protección contra Riesgos Sanitarios (COFEPRIS) in Mexico.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail or community pharmacy setting.
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and best practices in Mexico.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software and electronic health records.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is a plus, but not mandatory.
