Job Description

Responsibilities

- Prepare daily cash-position and liquidity reports using information from approved treasury systems.
- Reconcile bank balances and investigate differences with supporting documentation.
- Prepare or process approved transfers and foreign-exchange records only within granted permissions and required dual controls.
- Monitor bank and treasury file transmission, documenting issues and coordinating resolution.




- Support cash forecasts by consolidating inputs from business partners.
- Follow established procedures for sensitive bank-account and bank-access requests; escalated approvals to authorized owners.
- Prepare operational reporting and raise unusual fees, transactions or recurring exceptions.

Minimum qualifications / skills

- Experience in bank reconciliation, cash management or financial operations; the client JD refers to approximately three years.
- Ability to handle confidential transactions, follow controls and investigate discrepancies.
- Practical Excel and familiarity with ERP or banking platforms.
- English: original client Treasury Analyst JD states 50% Intermediate; pricing classification requires confirmation.

Preferred qualifications / skills

- Experience with SAP, Kyriba or bank portals under segregation-of-duties controls.
- Familiarity with cash forecasting and cross-border payments.
