About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in analyzing business processes to identify opportunities for automation.
- Develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using industry-standard tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
- Configure and manage RPA software to ensure smooth operation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing automation workflows.
- Collaborate with business users and IT teams to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for RPA solutions.
- Participate in training sessions and continuous learning to stay abreast of RPA advancements.
- Contribute to the development of best practices for RPA implementation.

Requirements





- Current enrollment in a degree program for Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of programming concepts (e.g., variables, loops, conditional statements).
- Familiarity with scripting languages like Python or VBScript is a plus.
- Logical thinking and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Mexico.
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup for remote work.
