Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and protocols for automotive components and systems.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation activities, including performance, durability, environmental, and functional testing.
- Analyze test data, identify failure modes, and provide detailed reports with actionable recommendations to engineering teams.
- Collaborate closely with design, development, and manufacturing teams to resolve issues and ensure product quality.
- Maintain and calibrate testing equipment and ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements in automotive testing.
- Document all test procedures, results,



and conclusions meticulously.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive testing, validation, or a related engineering role.
- Proven experience with various testing equipment and software (e.g., oscilloscopes, data loggers, simulation tools).
- Strong understanding of automotive systems (e.g., powertrain, chassis, electronics, infotainment).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in data analysis and report generation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of relevant automotive standards (e.g., ISO, SAE).
- Experience in Culiacán, Sinaloa or similar industrial environments is advantageous.
