About the Role

Our client, a well-established insurance provider, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Claims Analyst to join their expanding team. This position is critical for managing and processing insurance claims efficiently and accurately, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to policy terms. This is a fully remote role, allowing you to work from anywhere within Mexico. Key Responsibilities

- Investigate, evaluate, and process insurance claims in accordance with policy provisions and company standards.
- Communicate with policyholders, claimants, and third parties to gather necessary information and explain claim status.
- Determine coverage eligibility and liability based on policy terms and investigation findings.
- Negotiate settlements with claimants and their representatives when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all claim activities and communications.
- Identify potential fraudulent claims and upscale them for further investigation.
- Ensure timely resolution of claims, meeting established service level agreements.




- Stay updated on insurance regulations and industry best practices relevant to claims handling.
- Collaborate with adjusters, legal counsel, and other stakeholders as needed.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance claims processing or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of insurance principles, policy language, and claims procedures.
- Excellent analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using claims management software and digital tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively in a remote environment.
- Fluency in Spanish is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
