Bodycote in Monterrey, Mexico seeks a lab technician to prepare and test parts under limited supervision. You will perform sample prep, hardness testing (HV, HRC), metallography, and basic heat-treatment knowledge, using microscopes and metallographic tools.

The role requires at least 1 year in a lab, ability to read blueprints, and familiarity with metallurgy, QA systems, and safety protocols. Overtime and shift variation may be required.
